Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a pivotal role in the modulation of gene expression levels, exerting a profound influence on the progression of human diseases. LncRNA RUNX1-IT1 has been observed to be dysregulated in various pathological conditions, including hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and endometrial carcinoma, among others.
