%X 腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见的疾病，其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，对病人的生存和健康造成了很大的危害。当前，人们普遍认为，椎间盘纤维环的完整性被破坏是造成腰椎间盘突出的一个主要原因，如果椎间盘纤维环的完整性被破坏，就会加重髓核组织的突出，加速椎间盘的退行性变化，从而引起相关的疾病，所以，修复椎间盘纤维环的完整性，对疾病的防治有着非常重要的作用，本文旨在对纤维环修复方式作一综述。<br />
Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, the incidence of which is on the rise year by year, pos-ing a great danger to the survival and health of patients. Currently, it is widely believed that the de-struction of the integrity of the annulus fibrosus of the intervertebral disc is one of the main causes of lumbar disc herniation. If the integrity of the annulus fibrosus of the intervertebral disc is de-stroyed, it will exacerbate the protrusion of the nucleus pulposus tissue and accelerate the degen-erative changes of the intervertebral disc, which in turn will cause the related diseases, so repairing the integrity of the intervertebral disc annulus fibrosus is of great importance for the prevention and treatment of the disease, and this paper aims to give a review on the methods of annulus fibro-sus repair.
