%X 随着现代社会多媒体技术的不断发展,利用影视素材进行国际中文辅助教学已经成为一种常见的教学方式。相较于传统影视资源,短视频具有全民化、碎片化和娱乐化等教学优势,本文着重探讨了短视频在国际中文美食文化教学中的应用,在探讨短视频应用于国际中文美食文化教学的优势和选取原则的基础上,进一步进行了具体的教学设计,以期指导具体的教学实践。
With the continuous development of multimedia technology in modern society, using film and television materials for international Chinese language teaching has become a common teaching method. Compared to traditional film and television resources, short videos have advantages of teaching such as popularization, fragmentation, and entertainment. This article focuses on exploring the application of short videos in food culture teaching. Based on the exploration of the advantages and selection principles of short videos in food culture teaching, specific teaching designs are further carried out to guide specific teaching practices.
