%X 党的十九大报告创新提出了“实施乡村振兴战略”，充分体现了党中央对“三农”工作的高度重视和对新时代国情特征的准确把握，在充满不确定性的背景下，为进一步贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，完善“三农工作”，为民众提供更好的生活条件，本文通过分析乡村韧性的众多指标，发现可以通过引进乡村人才，维护乡村生态环境促进乡村振兴的发展。<br />
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China innovatively proposed the “Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy”, which fully reflects the Party Central Committee’s great emphasis on “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and its accurate grasp of the characteristics of the national conditions in the new era. In a context full of uncertainties, in order to further implement the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, improve “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and provide better living conditions for the people, this article analyzes many indicators of rural resilience and finds that it can be promoted by introducing rural talents and maintaining the rural ecological environment for the development of rural revitalization.
