%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">推进休闲农业高质量发展，是全面推动乡村振兴，贯彻落实党的二十大精神的重要举措，更是推进农业农村现代化的必然选择。近年来，山东省紧跟时代步伐，大力促进休闲农业可持续发展，展现出良好的发展态势。但是目前在发展过程中仍然存在许多问题，如何突破发展制约，促进山东省休闲农业发展进步成为关注的焦点问题。本文通过分析山东省休闲农业发展的现状，发现山东省休闲农业高质量发展过程中存在着总体发展不平衡、从业人员素质低，旅游服务质量待提升、休闲农业受季节性制约明显，营销理念落后、自然生态环境污染较严重等问题，并提出相应的对策与建议。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Promoting the high-quality development of leisure agriculture is an important measure to com-prehensively promote rural revitalization and implement the spirit of the Party’s 20 Congresses, and it is an inevitable choice to promote agricultural and rural modernization. In recent years, Shandong Province has closely followed the pace of the Times and vigorously promoted the sus-tainable development of leisure agriculture, showing a good development trend. However, there are still many problems in the development process. How to break through the development con-straints and promote the development and progress of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province has become the focus of attention. By analyzing the current situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province, this paper finds that there are some problems in the process of high-quality development of leisure agriculture in Shandong Province, such as unbalanced overall development, low quality of practitioners, quality of tourism service to be improved, obvious sea-sonal constraints on leisure agriculture, backward marketing concept, and serious pollution of nat-ural ecological environment, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.</span>
