%X 针刺调形，历来有之，“调形”的临床体会比“调神”更直接。同时现代研究从“形”上入手，不断创新和发展了经络特别是经筋的理论研究，也由此衍生出了新的针具和针刺手法。本文旨在综述调形针刺的理论基础及临床应用，通过对相关文献的调研和分析，为今后的研究和临床实践提供参考。<br />
Shape adjustment of acupuncture has existed for a long time, and the clinical experience of “shape adjustment” is more direct than “spirit adjustment”. At the same time, starting from the “shape”, modern research has constantly innovated and developed the theoretical research of meridi-an-collateral, especially meridian-tendons, and invented new acupuncture tools, so as acupuncture techniques. Through the investigation and analysis of relevant literature, this article aims to review the theoretical basis and clinical application of shape adjustment of acupuncture and provide ref-erence for future research and clinical practice.
