%X 走创业型学院之路，是地方高校的二级学院追求自身发展特色、切实服务地方经济智力需求的重要途径之一，也是二级学院实现差异化发展和转型的一项重要战略选择。依据伯顿？克拉克的创业型大学建设理论及国内外各院校创业型改革的实践经验，地方高校二级学院可从调整目标定位、打造驾驭核心、优化组织机构、促进教师转型、创新治理模式、重构学院文化等方面整体推进传统学院向创业型学院转型。作为大学的二级组织机构，要建设创业型学院，还需要学校层面依据“学院办大学”理念，从确立学院办学主体地位、健全相关配套制度，以及营造良好环境氛围等方面提供强有力的支持和保障。<br />
Taking the road of entrepreneurial college is one of the important ways for secondary colleges of local universities to pursue their own development characteristics and effectively serve the intellectual needs of local economy. It is also an important strategic choice for secondary colleges to realize differentiated development and transformation. According to Burton Clark’s entrepreneurial university construction theory and the practical experience of entrepreneurial reform in domestic and foreign colleges and universities, the secondary colleges of local universities can promote the transformation of traditional colleges into entrepreneurial colleges from the aspects of adjusting target positioning, creating driving core, optimizing organizational structure, promoting teacher transformation, innovating governance model, and rebuilding college culture. As a secondary organization of a university, in order to build an entrepreneurial college, it is also necessary for the school level to provide strong support and guarantee according to the concept of “college running a university”, from the aspects of establishing the main status of the college, improving the relevant supporting system, and creating a good environment.
