A Practical Study on the Current Status of Mobile Phone Dependency among High School Students and Intervention Measures—Taking Zhanjiang Second High School as an Example %A 马丽娜 %J Advances in Psychology %P 156-163 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2024.141022 %X 本研究以高中生为研究对象,旨在调查高中生群体手机依赖的现状,并探讨能够有效预防和降低学生手机依赖行为的干预措施。结果表明:高中生手机依赖行为比较普遍,其中低年级学生有手机依赖倾向的人数高于高年级学生;本研究所采用的心理拓展训练、班级管理体制相结合的干预措施能够有效地降低学生的手机依赖程度。
This study focuses on investigating the current status of mobile phone dependency among high school students and exploring effective intervention measures to prevent and reduce such behavior. The results indicate that mobile phone dependency is relatively common among high school stu-dents, with a higher proportion of lower grade students exhibiting signs of dependency compared to higher grade students. The intervention measures employed in this study, including psychological expansion training and class management system, effectively reduce the level of smartphone de-pendency among students. %K 手机依赖,心理拓展训练,互帮互助小组合作制
