The Logic and Practical Progression of Digital Transformation Enabling Higher Education Governance %A 金心茹 %J Advances in Education %P 579-587 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2024.141088 %X 数字化技术的飞速发展为教育数字化转型提供了无尽前景,创新高等教育治理方式和提升高等教育治理水平成为数字化技术与高等教育治理融合的必要条件。数字化转型赋能高等教育治理在逻辑上主要体现为优化治理结构,精准定位治理内容,完善治理运行机制。但高等教育治理也面临着数字治理能力薄弱、缺乏制度保障、易陷入技治主义的新困境。为推进高等教育治理数字化转型以助力高等教育高质量发展,必须以能力建设为中心,推动高等教育智慧治理;强化顶层设计,促进高等教育治理健全制度保障;依托数字化技术实现善治目标,解决高等教育治理意图的悬置困境。
The rapid development of digital technology provides endless prospects for the digital transfor-mation of education, and the innovation of higher education governance and the enhancement of higher education governance have become the necessary conditions for the integration of digital technology and higher education governance. Digital transformation empowered higher education governance is logically mainly reflected in the optimisation of governance structure, the precise positioning of governance content, and the improvement of governance operation mechanism. How-ever, higher education governance is also faced with the new dilemma of weak digital governance capacity, lack of institutional safeguards, and the tendency to fall into technocracy. In order to promote the digital transformation of higher education governance to help the high- quality develop-ment of higher education, it is necessary to promote intelligent governance of higher education by focusing on capacity building; to strengthen the top-level design to promote sound institutional safeguards for higher education governance; and to achieve the goal of good governance by relying on digital technology to solve the dilemma of suspending the intention of higher education governance. %K 数字化转型,高等教育,教育治理
