Study on the Relationship between Learning Burnout, Anxiety and Family Upbringing of College Students %A 袁毓萌 %J Advances in Education %P 569-578 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2024.141087 %X 目的:探讨大学生学习倦怠与焦虑及家庭教养方式是否存在相关性。方法:采用大学生学习倦怠量表、焦虑自评量表和简式家庭教养方式问卷对329名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1) 大学生焦虑平均分为49.61,焦虑检出率为19.7%。大学生学习倦怠与焦虑水平呈现显著相关。2) 大学生学习倦怠与家庭教养方式之间存在显著的相关关系,学习倦怠与家庭教养方式中情感温暖维度存在负相关,其他维度存在正相关。3) 大学生焦虑水平与家庭教养方式存在显著的相关关系,父母亲教养方式中情感温暖维度与焦虑水平存在负相关,其他维度存在正相关。结论:大学生学习倦怠与焦虑及家庭教养方式三者之间互相影响,父母亲良好的和明智的养育方式对个人的学业和心理健康有重要影响。
Objective: To explore the correlation between learning burnout, anxiety and family upbringing of college students. Methods: A total of 329 college students were investigated with the learning burnout scale, the self-rating anxiety scale and the simplified family upbringing questionnaire. Re-sults: 1) The average score of anxiety among college students was 49.61, and the detection rate of anxiety was 19.7%. There is a significant correlation between learning burnout and anxiety in col-lege students. 2) There is a significant correlation between college students’ learning burnout and family upbringing. There is a negative correlation between learning burnout and the affective warmth dimension of family upbringing, and a positive correlation between other dimensions. 3) There is a significant correlation between the anxiety level of college students and family upbring-ing. The affective warmth dimension of family upbringing is negatively correlated with the anxiety level, while the other dimensions are positively correlated. Conclusion: The learning burnout and anxiety of college students and their family upbringing influence each other. The good and reasona-ble family upbringing of their parents has an important influence on their individual study and mental health. %K 大学生,学习倦怠,焦虑,家庭教养方式
