%X 随着社会的高速发展以及时代的不断更替，我国已经初步进入到了数字化时代，经济也从高速发展转变为高质量发展，各行各业都面临着转型和升级的问题。文创产业也不例外，文创产业作为地方发展的重要支撑，对于当地的社会发展和经济发展都有着较大的作用。但是在具体的实践过程中还是存在一定的问题，整体的产业结构还不够完善。旅游产业也是经济发展的重要组成部分，本次研究对此，收集了我国31个省市区2015~2022年的旅游面板数据，通过文化产业的聚集发展及高质量旅游经济发展体系构建，采用GMM进行实证研究。研究结果表明，我国文化产业赋能经济高质量发展中呈东部发展良好、中部发展一般、西部发展较差的趋势。且通过文创产业的升级能够有效的促进经济高质量发展。最后基于当前的发展趋势，给出了一系列的建议。<br />
With the rapid development of the society and the changing of the times, our country has entered the digital era, the economy has also changed from high-speed development to high-quality development, and all walks of life are facing the problems of transformation and upgrading. Cultural and creative industry is no exception. As an important support for local development, cultural and creative industry plays a greater role in local social and economic development. However, there are still some problems in the practical process, and the overall industrial structure is not perfect enough. Tourism industry is also an important part of economic development; for this, the study collects 31 provinces and cities of China 2015~2022 tourism panel data; through the agglomeration development of cultural industry and the construction of high-quality tourism economic development system, this paper makes an empirical study with GMM. The results show that the high-quality development of our country cultural industry has a tendency of good development in the east, general development in the middle and poor development in the west. And through the upgrading of cultural and creative industries can effectively promote high-quality economic development. Finally, based on the current development trend, a series of suggestions are given.
