%X 随着我国社会人口老龄化进程的加速,骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)已成为对中老年人生活质量造成不可忽视影响的重要健康问题,特别是绝经后女性,由于雌激素水平快速降低,加速了骨量流失,骨组织微结构破坏,导致骨脆性增加,骨强度降低,增加了患骨质疏松症的风险,因此对绝经后女性骨质疏松症的早期诊断并积极预防十分重要。目前我国临床上主要采用双能X线吸收法(dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, DXA)和定量计算机断层扫描(quantitative computed tomogra-phy, QCT)两种方法来测量骨密度,QCT是三维测量骨密度的技术,可分别测量松质骨和皮质骨的体积骨密度,相较于DXA二维测量皮质骨和松质骨的整体面积骨密度检出骨质疏松症的阳性率更高,有助于早期反映机体骨密度的变化。近年来,QCT在各国的骨质疏松研究和临床应用中越来越受到重视,QCT骨密度测量技术具有良好的应用前景。
With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s social population, osteoporosis (OP) has be-come an important health problem that has a non-negligible impact on the quality of life of mid-dle-aged and elderly people. Especially in postmenopausal women, due to the rapid decrease of es-trogen levels, bone loss is accelerated, bone tissue microstructure is destroyed, bone fragility is in-creased, bone strength is reduced, and the risk of osteoporosis is increased. Therefore, early diag-nosis and active prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women are very important. At pre-sent, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and quantitative computed tomography (QCT) are mainly used to measure bone mineral density in China. QCT is a three-dimensional technique for measuring bone mineral density, which can measure the volume bone mineral density of cancellous bone and cortical bone respectively. Compared with DXA two-dimensional measurement of the overall area bone mineral density of cortical bone and cancellous bone, the positive rate of osteopo-rosis is higher. It is helpful to reflect the changes of bone mineral density in the early stage. In re-cent years, QCT has been paid more and more attention in the research and clinical application of osteoporosis in various countries. QCT bone mineral density measurement technology has a good application prospect.
