%X 在“一带一路”的倡议下，我国与其它国家与地区的联系越来越频繁，我国对外贸易面临了很大的机遇。而在我国社会经济如此快速地进步与发展的同时，以对外贸易为中心的涉外商务活动已经逐渐深入到各大企业，英汉商务翻译也在中国对外商务交流中起着不可或缺的桥梁作用。随着商务交流的不断深入发展，如何准确地翻译商务合同是所有翻译工作者所面临的迫切难题。本文从生态翻译学的视角，基于商务合同的词汇特征和句法特点，在发现商务合同翻译过程中存在诸多问题的同时，有针对性地提出相应的翻译技巧和建议。旨在提高翻译的准确性与清晰度，使其更加规范，以更好地促进对外贸易活动。<br />
Under the Belt and Road Initiative, our country’s connections with other countries and regions have become increasingly frequent, presenting great opportunities for our foreign trade. As our society and economy progress and develop rapidly, foreign business activities, centralized in foreign trade, have gradually permeated major enterprises. English-Chinese business translation also plays an in-dispensable role in China’s foreign business exchanges. As business exchanges continue to deepen and develop, accurately translating business contracts is an urgent problem faced by all translation workers. From the perspective of eco-translatology, this article, based on the vocabulary and syn-tactic characteristics of business contracts, identifies numerous issues in the translation process and provides targeted translation techniques and suggestions. The aim is to improve the accuracy and clarity of translation, make it more standardized, and better promote foreign trade activities.
