%X 肿瘤放化疗患者的营养管理对其治疗、康复至关重要，目前肿瘤放化疗患者营养管理模式仍是处于探索实践阶段，尚无统一标准。笔者从营养管理团队、营养筛查、评价指标、营养管理内容及模式等方面总结分析近年来肿瘤患者营养管理模式与护理进展，为营养管理的开展提供决策支持和科学依据。<br />
Tumor radiation and chemotherapy patients’ nutrition management is very important to the treatment and rehabilitation. Now nutrition management mode of patients with tumor radiothera-py and chemotherapy is still based on the practice exploration, there is no unified standard. The author summarized and analyzed the progress of nutrition management mode and nursing of can-cer patients in recent years from the aspects of nutrition management team, nutrition screening, evaluation index, content and mode of nutrition management, so as to provide decision support and scientific basis for the development of nutrition management.
