%X 共情心理作为社会心理学中的一个重要的研究范畴,目前已经广泛运用于社会生活的众多领域,它不仅为人们构筑起一座情感交流互通的桥梁,帮助我们更好地理解他人的心情和情感状态,也能帮助我们更好地处理人际问题。而高校一直以来都是我国思想政治教育的重要阵地,新时期将共情运用于大学生思想政治教育中有利于构建良好的师生沟通关系,增强思想政治课堂教学的有效性,提升学生的理解和共情能力。因此,文章从共情心理出发,探索共情心理融入大学生思想政治教育的实现路径,从更新思想政治教育理念、优化思想政治教育要素以及提升教育者育人能力与技术三个方面来进行具体说明。
As an important research category in social psychology, empathy has been widely used in many fields of social life, which not only builds a bridge for people to communicate emotionally, but also helps us to better understand the mood and emotional state of others, and also helps us to better deal with interpersonal problems. Colleges and universities have always been an important position for ideological and political education in China, and the use of empathy in the ideological and politi-cal education of college students in the new era is conducive to the construction of a good teach-er-student communication relationship, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching, and to improve the students’ ability to understand and empathize with each other. Therefore, the article explores the realization path of the integration of empathy into ideo-logical and political education of college students from the perspective of empathy psychology, which is specified in three aspects: updating the concept of ideological and political education, op-timizing the elements of ideological and political education, and enhancing the educators’ ability and technology of educating people.
