%X 心理安全感作为近年来心理学界较为关注的一个心理名词，它是指个体可能发生在自身的危险情况的预期，或对于自身实行某一行为时基于是否安全的思考。本文结合近五年来关于心理安全感与新冠疫情、欺凌行为、留守儿童的关系研究，总结出了影响心理安全感的因素，同时提出对于青少年心理工作者的启示。<br />
Psychological security, as a psychological term paid more attention to in recent years, refers to the expectation of a dangerous situation that may happen to an individual, or the thinking of whether it is safe for an individual to perform a certain action. Based on the research on the relationship between psychological security and the COVID-19 epidemic, bullying behavior, and left-behind children in the past five years, this paper summarizes the factors that affect psychological security, and puts forward enlightenment for adolescent psychological workers.
