%X 经济快速发展,城市化进城加快,农村大量青壮年劳动力进城务工,产生了大量留守儿童,因为缺少父母的陪伴和看护,为留守儿童的健康成长埋下了隐患。本文通过调查并分析留守儿童参与体育锻炼的有关现状,在此基础上探讨了体育锻炼对心理健康的积极影响,提出促进留守儿童体育锻炼的措施。
With the rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization, a large number of young and middle-aged rural workers have migrated to cities for work, resulting in a large number of left-behind children. Due to the lack of parental companionship and care, hidden dangers have been laid for the healthy growth of left-behind children. Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of left-behind children participating in physical exercise, this paper discusses the positive impact of physical exercise on mental health and puts forward measures to promote physical exercise for left-behind children.
