This article provides an overview of the Brazilian environmental system, and it aims to demonstrate how the system applies a double regulation on environmental goods. The paper explains BrazilĄ¯s regulation on water, forests, and climate change regarding BrazilĄ¯s environmental policy. From descriptive and expositive methodology, it is possible to show and to understand how normative principles and rules are articulated in the system, including judicial case analyses.
