%X 本文从积极老龄化的视角出发，探讨社会工作专业的人才培养。文章首先介绍了人口老龄化现实背景，讨论了老龄化对社会工作的挑战与机遇，分析了积极老龄化对社会工作专业的需求。接着，文章总结了积极老龄化视角下社会工作专业人才培养的重点，包括不断夯实跨学科知识和提升专业实践能力，并探讨了社会工作专业人才培养的难点。最后，文章提出了积极老龄化视角下社会工作专业人才培养改革思路，包括更新培养理论、完善培养内容、创新培养方式，为提高社会工作专业的培养质量和培养高素质的社会工作人才提供了有益的参考。<br />
This article explores talent cultivation in the field of social work from the perspective of active aging. The article first introduces the realistic background of population aging, discusses the challenges and opportunities that aging poses for social work, and analyzes the demand for social work majors from active aging. Next, the article summarizes the key points of cultivating social work professionals from the perspective of active aging, including continuously strengthening the interdisciplinary knowledge and improving professional practice ability, and discusses the difficulties of talent cultivation in the field of social work. Finally, the article proposes a reform approach for the cultivation of social work professionals from the perspective of active aging, including updating training theories, improving training content, and innovating training methods. This provides useful reference for improving the quality of social work professional training and cultivating high-quality social work talents.
