This study aims to explore the human resource management and leadership development of off-shore oil enterprises, and conduct in-depth analysis of key issues in this field. We have studied the background of the industry and the overview of the company, gaining an understanding of various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and the importance of leadership development. We emphasized the role of leadership in human resource management and the impact of human resource management on leadership. In addition, we discussed the challenges faced by the industry and provided solutions and suggestions.
