%X 现阶段，我国人口老龄化呈加速增长趋势，老年人口数量不断增加，已成为世界上老年人口最多的国家。人口老龄化与养老问题已成为影响中国社会稳定与高质量发展的重要方面。随着中国经济实力的提高，老年群体对精神文化的需求呈增长势头，尤其在《中国老龄事业发展“十二五”规划》中首次提出“文化养老”概念后，国家与社会越来越重视老年人的精神文化需求。各具特色的民族文化是中华文化的根基，且民族文化与文化养老具有密切的关系。民族文化可以推动文化养老的创新性发展，推动养老服务体系高质量发展，养老文化反过来也可以弘扬民族文化，提高老年群体在民族文化建设中的作用。本文从民族文化与文化养老内涵特征出发，分析民族文化赋能文化养老的内在关系与内在逻辑，探寻在民族文化赋能影响下文化养老的高质量发展策略，以此提高现代化养老服务体系效能。<br />
Nowadays, the aging of population in our country is accelerating, and the number of elderly population is increasing, and it has become the country with the largest elderly population in the world. Population aging and pension problems have become an important aspect affecting China’s social stability and high-quality development. With the improvement of China’s economic strength, the elderly group’s demand for spiritual culture shows an increasing momentum, especially after the concept of “cultural elderly care” was first put forward in the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Cause of the Elderly in China, the state and society pay more and more attention to the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly. The ethnic culture with its own characteristics is the foundation of Chinese culture, and there is a close relationship between the ethnic culture and the cultural elderly care. Ethnic culture can promote the innovative development of cultural elderly care, promote the high-quality development of elderly care service system, cultural elderly care in turn can carry forward ethnic culture, improve the role of the elderly group in the construction of ethnic culture. This paper starts from the connotation characteristics of ethnic culture and cultural elderly care, analyzes the internal relationship and internal logic of ethnic culture enabling cultural elderly care, and explores the high-quality development strategy of cultural elderly care under the influence of ethnic culture enabling, so as to improve the efficiency of modern elderly care service system.
