The organic combination of medical resources and pension services is more conducive to creating a social environment of respecting, loving and supporting the elderly. At present, the aging level of rural areas in China is more serious than that of cities and towns. Therefore, combining medical care with pension services with rural reality can effectively integrate existing rural resources and improve the quality of rural pension. The combination of medical care and old-age care in rural areas has been initially developed but not yet mature. It is faced with problems such as insufficient operating funds, low quality, poor management, and uneven development of urban and rural old-age care. Under the guidance of Marxist social security thought, it is necessary to promote the sustainable development of the combination of medical care and old-age care in rural areas by improving the financing system, improving service quality, strengthening the leading role of the government, and establishing a positive concept of old-age security, so as to provide scientific and convenient medical care services for the elderly in rural areas.、提升服务质量、强化政府主导作用、树立积极的养老保障理念等对策,推动实现农村医养结合养老模式的可持续发展,从而为农村老年人提供科学、便捷的医养服务。
