%X 在全面推进素质教育的今天，我国中高年级小学生的心理健康取得良好发展，但仍然有一些需要受到重视的问题。原因在于我国小学心理健康工作的基础薄弱和教学体系亟待优化，导致小学生产生如焦虑、压力和逆反等心理问题。本文在对相关文献进行整理分析的基础上，分析了中高年级小学生在心理和行为方面呈现的独有特点和常见心理问题，并提出针对性的教育策略和实操建议。同时建议教育者从认知、情感、行为以及社交发展等各个层面上，采用多样化的心育方法对中高年级小学生实施教育，从而更有效地帮助这个阶段的小学生实现身心健康的全面发展。<br />
In today’s all-round promotion of quality education, the mental health of primary school students in middle and upper grades in China has achieved good development, but there are still some problems that need to be paid attention to. The reason lies in the weak foundation of mental health work in primary schools and the urgent need to optimize the teaching system, which leads to psychological problems such as anxiety, pressure and rebellion. Based on the analysis of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the unique characteristics and common psychological problems of middle and senior primary school students in terms of psychology and behavior, and puts forward targeted educational strategies and practical suggestions. At the same time, it is suggested that educators should adopt a variety of psychological education methods to implement education for middle and senior primary school students from the aspects of cognition, emotion, behavior and social development, so as to more effectively help the primary school students at this stage to realize the all-round development of physical and mental health.
