%X 母亲是婴儿生命中最重要的人之一，母亲心理健康状态的不良状况可能会对婴儿的认知、情感、社会行为等方面产生负面影响。故而研究婴儿的行为特征、睡眠质量评估和综合治疗费用尤为重要。本文利用相关机构所提供的数据，基于机器学习的方法对该问题进行分析预测。本文通过crosstab方法构建交叉表研究母亲身体指标、心理指标对婴儿行为特征和睡眠质量的影响，并构建SEM结构方程模型，通过对结构模型和测量模型的分析与验证，基于该结构路径图发现：婴儿的睡眠质量对母亲的心理状态有显著的负向影响；婴儿行为特征对母亲的心理状态有正向影响；母亲的身体指标对婴儿的睡眠质量有显著的负向影响。<br />
The mother is one of the most important people in the life of the infant, and poor mental health status of the mother may have a negative impact on the cognitive, emotional and social behaviour of the infant. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the behavioural characteristics of infants, sleep quality assessment and the cost of comprehensive treatment. This paper analyses and pre-dicts this problem based on machine learning methods using data provided by relevant institutions. This paper constructs a cross-tabulation table to study the effects of mothers’ physical and psycho-logical indicators on infants’ behavioural characteristics and sleep quality through the crosstab method, and constructs the SEM structural equation model. Through the analysis and validation of the structural model and the measurement model, based on the structural pathway diagram, it is found that: The sleep quality of the infants has a significant negative impact on the mothers’ psy-chological state; infants’ behavioural characteristics have a positive influence on the mothers’ psy-chological state; mothers’ physical indicators have a significant negative influence on the infants’ sleep quality.
