%X 张仲景的《伤寒论》中记载了多种泻心汤类经方，包含半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤、附子泻心汤、大黄黄连泻心汤等，临床惯用于寒热互结于胃脘所致的“心下痞”。泻心汤类经方组方严密、药味精简，以半夏泻心汤进行灵活配伍，临床运用广泛。本文将主要论述近代医家运用泻心汤类经方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床进展及作用机制，以期为经方广泛运用于临床提供更多的医学证据。相关研究表明，泻心汤类经方在杀灭幽门螺旋杆菌、增强机体免疫力、保护胃肠黏膜、缓解患者临床症状等方面具有显著作用。<br />
Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases recorded a variety of classic prescriptions of Xiexin Decoction, including Banxia Xiexin Decoction, Ginger Xiexin Decoction, Glycyrrhiza Xiexin Decoction, Fuzi Xiexin Decoction, Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction, etc., which are mostly used for “heart-swelling” caused by the combination of cold and heat in the stomach. Xiexin decoction has strict prescription and concise medicine taste, and is flexibly compatible with Banxia Xiexin decoc-tion, which is widely used in clinic. This article will mainly discuss the clinical progress and mecha-nism of modern physicians in treating chronic atrophic gastritis by using the classic prescriptions of Xiexin decoction, in order to provide more medical evidence for the wide application of the classic prescriptions in clinic. Relevant research shows that Xiexin decoction has significant effects in kill-ing Helicobacter pylori, enhancing immunity, protecting gastrointestinal mucosa and relieving clin-ical symptoms of patients.
