%X 绩效考核作为绩效管理工作的重要组成部分,在人力资源管理中发挥着重要作用。随着事业单位绩效工资改革逐渐深入,抓好绩效考核这一关键环节,促进激励分配机制的完善和优化,对激发广大职工的工作热情有着重要作用。本文从期望理论出发,以M学院为例分析事业单位绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出了优化绩效考核的建议,以期为事业单位绩效考核提供借鉴。
As an important part of performance management, performance appraisal plays an important role in human resource management. With the gradual deepening of the reform of performance pay in public institutions, grasping the key link of performance appraisal and promoting the improvement and optimization of incentive distribution mechanism plays an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm of employees. Based on the expectation theory, this paper takes M College as an example to analyze the problems existing in the performance appraisal of public institutions, and puts forward suggestions to optimize the performance appraisal, in order to provide reference for the performance appraisal of public institutions.
