%X 互联网的诞生催生出许多各种各样的财产形式，其中就包括数字财产，而作为财产权的数字财产，不可否认的具有可继承性，由此诞生了数字遗产的说法。目前在我国，数字遗产的界定存在一定争议，本文认为所有具备继承价值的数字财产都可以作为老年人数字遗产。在实践中，老年人数字遗产继承存在立法缺失、价值评估困难等问题，本文将对这些问题作出简要分析并提出相应的对策，以期更好地推动老年人数字遗产的继承规范化和法律化。<br />
The birth of the Internet has given rise to many various forms of property, including digital property. As property rights, digital property is undeniably inheritable, giving rise to the concept of digital heritage. At present, there is some controversy over the definition of digital heritage in China. This article believes that all digital assets with inheritance value can be used as digital heritage for the elderly. In practice, there are legislative deficiencies and difficulties in value evaluation in the inheritance of digital heritage for the elderly. This article will briefly analyze these issues and propose corresponding countermeasures, in order to better promote the standardization and legalization of the inheritance of digital heritage for the elderly.
