%X 目的：探讨赋能护理干预对术后肠造口患者自我护理能力、造口护理依赖水平对患者生活质量的影响，评价赋能护理在肠造口方面的应用价值。方法：选取2022年6月至2023年8月某三级甲等医院肛肠外科行结直肠癌手术并进行肠造口的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组(n = 40)和对照组(n = 40)，对照组进行围手术期常规护理，观察组自入院开始在常规护理的基础上进行赋能护理，比较两组患者干预前、出院当日及出院后一个月的造口护理依赖水平和自我护理能力情况。结果：在出院当日及出院后1个月后，观察组患者的造口护理依赖水平明显下降(P &lt; 0.05)，自我护理能力总评分均高于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)；结论：赋能护理可有效提高术后肠造口患者的自我护理能力，且明显降低了患者造口护理依赖水平，有效提高了术后患者的生活质量，值得临床借鉴和参考。<br />
Objective: To explore the effects of enabling nursing intervention on patients’ self-care ability and stomatological nursing dependence on patients’ quality of life, and to evaluate the application value of enabling nursing in enterostomy. How: Patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery and underwent enterostomy in the anorectal surgery department of a grade-III A hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group received perioperative routine nursing, and the observation group received empowered nursing on the basis of routine nursing since admission. The dependence level and self-care ability of patients before intervention, on the day of discharge and one month after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results: On the day of discharge and 1 month after discharge, the level of nursing dependence on stoma in observation group was significantly decreased (P &lt; 0.05), and the total score of self-care ability was higher than that in control group (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Enabling nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability of postoperative enterostomy patients, and significantly reduce the level of dependence on postoperative enterostomy nursing, and effectively improve the quality of life of postoperative patients, which is worth clinical reference and reference.
