%X 泛滥的内卷消耗了个体心理资源，使人们感慨无处不在的“花式”内卷带来的压力。然而个体的内卷心理究竟是什么，包含哪些基本要素，其在认知、情绪、行为方面的表现如何？本文主要以考研为例对这些问题一一分析，并解构出个体内卷心理机制：个体由于对自我认知不足将目光聚焦于所谓的优良资源，觉察到目标资源的稀缺性，为此消耗了大量的心理资源或投入了巨大的行为成本，切身感受到或者预估到收益没有明显的增长的结果，从而体验到的焦虑、无力感、失落感等消极情绪的心理过程。这为个体内卷心理的理论研究和现实干预提供了概念支持。<br />
The flood of involution consumed individual psychological resources, so that people sigh every-where “fancy” involution brought pressure. However, what is the involution of an individual, what are its basic elements, and how does it behave in terms of cognition, emotion and behavior? This paper mainly takes postgraduate entrance examination as an example to analyze these problems one by one, and deconstructs the model of individual involutional psychological machine: Due to the lack of self-cognition, individuals focus on the so-called excellent resources, perceive the scarcity of target resources, consume a lot of psychological resources or invest huge behavioral costs, person-ally feel or estimate the result of no significant increase in income, and thus experience the psycho-logical process of anxiety, powerlessness, sense of loss and other negative emotions. This provides conceptual support for the theoretical research and practical intervention of individual involutional psychology.
