%X 新时代劳动教育融入高校思政教育，是一种必然的选择。一方面，新时代劳动教育融入高校思政教育，有利于高校思想政治理论课教学更好地服务于“两个大局”，在思想上保证了“两个大局”的顺利开展；另一方面，新时代劳动教育融入高校思政教育，有利于培养大学生具有社会主义核心价值观和良好职业道德的社会主义事业建设者和接班人，构建多元交织，动态共生的教育系统。新时代劳动教育融入高校思政教育，有着现实必要，也存在两者融合的内在可能。在两者的融合中需要坚持“融合共生”的育人理念、建立两者融合的课程体系、营造协同育人氛围、建设多方面劳动教育实践育人平台，以更好推动劳动教育融入高校思政教育。
It is an inevitable choice to integrate labor education into ideological and political education in the new era. On the one hand, the integration of labor education into ideological education in universities is conducive to the teaching of ideological and political theory to better serve the “two big situations” and ensure the smooth development of “two big situations”; On the other hand, the integra-tion of labor education is conducive to cultivating the builders and successors of socialist cause with socialist core values and good professional ethics, and building a diversified and dynamic symbiotic education system. It is necessary to integrate labor education in the new era into ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and there is also the internal possibility of the integration of the two. In the integration of the two, it is necessary to adhere to the education concept of “integration and symbiosis”, establish the curriculum system of the two, create a collaborative education atmosphere, and build a multi-faceted labor education practice education platform, so as to better promote the integration of labor education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
