%X 近年来,中学生心理健康问题愈演愈烈,已成为社会各界关注的焦点,中学生心理健康水平亟待提高。中学思想教育是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,也包含了心理健康教育。但是,在现实运用中,中学思想政治教育往往更关注的是思想政治知识的传授,而不是心理健康教育。因此,要在分析当代中学生心理健康问题的表现和成因的基础上加强中学思想政治教育的心理健康教育,发挥中学思想政治教育在中学生心理健康方面的积极影响,通过关注中学生心理健康、营造良好校园环境等方面提高中学生心理健康水平。
In recent years, the mental health problems of secondary school students have intensified, and there is an urgent need to improve the mental health of secondary school students. Secondary school ideological education is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of building moral character, and it also includes mental health education. However, in reality, secondary school ideological and political education often pays more attention to the teaching of ideological and po-litical knowledge rather than mental health education. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the mental health education of secondary school ideological and political education on the basis of ana-lysing the manifestations and causes of the mental health problems of contemporary secondary school students, to exert the positive influence of secondary school ideological and political educa-tion in the mental health of secondary school students, and to improve the level of the mental health of secondary school students by paying attention to the mental health of secondary school students and creating a good campus environment.
