This paper will introduce the collaborative design system of ChatGPT and AI painting, and discuss the application of generative artificial intelligence technology in the design field. ChatGPT and AI painting collaborative design system is a design tool combining artificial intelligence technology and deep learning algorithm, which can provide designers with more accurate, comprehensive and more innovative design schemes, thus improving work efficiency and quality of results in different fields. In the field of product design, ChatGPT and AI painting collaborative design system can provide convenient modification and become an indispensable tool and future development direction for designers. Based on literature review and case analysis, this paper systematically studies the principle path and implementation method of the collaborative design system. The research shows that the collaborative design system can not only improve the design efficiency and quality, but also bring designers an efficient and intelligent design experi-ence.
