%X 丁二烯是一种橡胶合成行业中重要的基本有机化工原料,由于其分子中含有共轭双键,化学性质活泼,具有易燃易爆特性,是安全生产中的重大隐患,因此监控丁二烯精制系统氧含量具有重要的安全意义。本文采用可调谐激光吸收光谱法(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy)结合Levenberg- Marquardt非线性拟合算法,实现了对低浓度氧气的准确测量;通过对气液混合态待测样品在线预处理系统的研究,实现了在线监测结果与手工比对结果的一致性。首次在国内实现了丁二烯精制系统中氧气浓度的在线监测。
Butadiene is an important basic organic chemical raw material in the rubber synthesis industry. Due to its molecules containing conjugated double bonds, active chemical properties, and flammable and explosive properties, it is a major safety hazard in production. Therefore, monitoring the oxygen content of the butadiene refining system has important safety significance. This article uses Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy combined with Levenberg Marquardt nonlinear fitting algorithm to achieve accurate measurement of low concentration oxygen; By studying the online pretreatment system for gas-liquid mixture samples, consistency between online monitoring results and manual comparison results was achieved. For the first time in China, online monitoring of oxygen concentration in butadiene refining systems has been achieved.
