A Review of Research on the Development of Emotional Intelligence at Home and Abroad %A 吴佳琳 %J Advances in Psychology %P 5554-5561 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2023.1312703 %X 情绪智力往往指个体知觉,使用,管理和理解情绪的一种能力。智力的发展影响个体加工处理信息、解决问题,适应社会等方面,情绪智力亦是如此。情绪智力注重个体的情绪方面的发展,并对个体生活各方面产生影响。本文综述国内外相关研究,对目前使用较多的情绪智力理论与量表进行介绍,并以年龄阶段为线索,介绍在各年龄阶段的情绪智力的相关研究,分析其与个体心理因素与其他社会因素之间的关系。并为了丰富该领域的研究与发展,在未来研究中可尝试:1) 增加追踪研究这一研究方法,对存在一些相关问题的个体提供有力的帮助。2) 丰富研究方式,适当增加实验研究的方式,以更加严谨的方式探究情绪智力与个体各方面发展的关系。3) 对于职工的情绪智力的研究可以丰富研究主体。4) 深入探究情绪智力的结构和维度,促使各情绪智力量表的等值。
Emotional intelligence often refers to an individual’s ability to perceive, use, manage, and under-stand emotions. The development of intelligence affects how individuals process information, solve problems, and adapt to society, as does emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence focuses on the development of an individual’s emotions and has an impact on all aspects of an individual’s life. In this paper, we review the relevant studies at home and abroad, introduce the theories and scales of emotional intelligence that are currently in use, and take age as a clue to introduce the relevant studies of emotional intelligence. In addition, we analyze the relationship between emotional intel-ligence and the individual’s psychological factors and other social factors. In order to enrich the re-search in this field, we try to: 1) add the research method of tracking study, which can provide help to individuals who have some related problems; 2) enrich the research method, increase the ex-perimental research method appropriately, and explore the relationship between emotional intel-ligence and various aspects of individual development in a more rigorous way; 3) the research on the emotional intelligence of employees can enrich the research subjects; 4) explore the structure and dimensions of emotional intelligence in depth, and promote the equivalence of each emotional intelligence scale. %K 情绪智力,情绪理论,青少年,幼儿,企业员工
