Long term work pressure has made primary and secondary school teachers generally face psycho-logical and physiological fatigue, which not only affects their lives and careers, but also hinders the sustainable development of China’s education industry. These issues can be addressed by improving the social status of teachers, enriching the professional connotation of teachers, building harmonious teacher-student relationships, and paying attention to teachers’ career planning.
