%X 中国传统调解制度丰富而深厚，不能以一文论之。文之重心仅在于厘清传统调解制度的发展、思想源流和目标，探寻传统调解制度与现代调解制度在思想文化、制度体系、治理模式等方面的相通之处，以启示现代调解制度。现代调解制度在基层治理中大放异彩，涌现出“枫桥经验”“无讼”社区等治理模式。乡村治理过程中既要汲取传统调解制度的经验智慧，也要高度关注今天的典型调解范例，以充分发挥调解制度在乡村治理中的重要作用。<br />
The Chinese traditional mediation system is rich and profound, so it can’t be discussed with one article. The focus of this paper is only to clarify the development, ideological origin and goal of traditional mediation system, and to explore the similarities between traditional mediation system and modern mediation system in terms of ideological culture, institutional system and governance mode, so as to enlighten modern mediation system. Modern mediation system shines brilliantly in grass-roots governance, with the emergence of “Fengqiao Experience” and “Non-litigation Community” governance models. In order to give full play to the important role of mediation system in rural governance, we should not only absorb the experience and wisdom of traditional mediation system, but also pay close attention to today’s typical mediation examples.
