%X 数字经济作为全新的经济形态，已成为引领社会变革、推动经济发展的重要力量。数字经济和实体经济融合发展是提升企业创新效率的重要途径、重塑产业体系的重要力量、推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。数据要素构成实体经济的关键要素，显著提升数字经济与实体经济融合的效率；数字技术重塑实体经济的运行方式，加速推动数字经济与实体经济融合的速度；数字经济重构实体经济的价值来源，提升数字经济与实体经济融合的质量。本文提出从产品层面的技术创新、企业层面的组织创新、产业层面的产业链与创新链融合，实现数字经济与实体经济深度融合。<br />
As a new economic form, the digital economy has become an important force in leading social change and promoting economic development. The integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy is an important way to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation, an important force to reshape the industrial system, and an important engine to promote high-quality economic development. Data elements constitute the key elements of the real economy and significantly improve the efficiency of the integration of the digital economy and the real economy; Digital technology reshapes the operation mode of the real economy and accelerates the integration of the digital economy and the real economy; The digital economy reconstructs the value source of the real economy and improves the quality of the integration of the digital economy and the real economy. This paper proposes technological innovation from the product level, organizational innovation from the enterprise level, and integration of the industrial chain and innovation chain from the industry level, so as to achieve the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.
