%X 审判委员会是我国特有的审判制度，在历史上有着深厚的文化传统与历史沿革，在司法体系中扮演着重要的角色。然而分析这一制度的设立目的和现实做法可以得出，审判委员会制度仍有一些局限性，细化制度、优化权力分配并摆正定位是审判委员会制度应当采取的措施。<br />
The judicial committee is a unique trial system in China, which has a profound cultural tradition and historical evolution in the history, and plays an important role in the judicial system. However, the purpose and practice of this system can be concluded that the judicial committee system still has limitation. Refining the system, optimizing the distribution of power and positioning are the measures that should be taken by the committee system.
