Study on the Influencing Factors of Satisfaction of Library Seat Reservation System %A 乔裕洧 %J Management Science and Engineering %P 884-888 %@ 2167-6658 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MSE.2023.126106 %X 图书馆作为各高校人才培养和科技研讨的重要基地,随着时代的发展与进步,它被赋予了更新更重的意义。随着人工智能化的兴起,图书馆的管理和运作需要做到与时俱进,而万千学子对图书馆的智能化需求更高,图书馆座位供不应求的问题亟待解决,占座的问题也时有发生。根据调查,近几年高校扩招但占地面积无法扩张的大环境下,导致各高校自习室及图书馆已无法满足每个同学随时进出学习的需求。同学们需要安静的学习环境和氛围,而图书馆座位求大于供的现状,使大家不得不使用个人物品提前占座,这将导致一些不可避免的同学矛盾。在有限座位资源的前提下,如何满足师生座位需求,解决“占座问题”,提供个性化产品,是图书馆需要思考和突破的瓶颈。
As an important base for talent training and scientific and technological discussion in various universities, the library has been given a newer and heavier significance with the development and progress of The Times. With the rise of artificial intelligence, the management and operation of libraries need to keep pace with The Times, and thousands of students have a higher demand for library intelligence, the problem of insufficient supply of library seats needs to be solved, and the problem of occupying seats also occurs from time to time. According to the survey, in recent years, the university has expanded its enrollment but the area cannot be expanded, resulting in the study rooms and libraries of various universities can no longer meet the needs of every student entering and leaving at any time. Students need a quiet learning environment and atmosphere, and the current situation that the demand for seats in the library exceeds the supply, so that everyone has to use personal belongings to occupy seats in advance, which will lead to some inevitable student conflicts.
