%X 刘宇昆的优秀英译是中国科幻迈出历史性一步的重要助力，而刘宇昆本人作为作家和翻译，在自身创作、翻译原作的选择、翻译时采取的策略等方面均体现出其深刻的人文关怀。女性主义翻译理论强调“译者主体性”，本文通过对刘宇昆创作和翻译的分析，论证了为何其翻译活动在诸多层面上是对女性主义翻译理论的实践。<br />
Ken Liu’s outstanding English translation has been a significant catalyst for the historic progress of Chinese science fiction. As a writer and translator himself, Ken Liu’s choices in original works for translation and the strategies employed during translation reflect his profound humanistic con-cerns. Feminist translation theory emphasizes “translator’s subjectivity”. Through the analysis of Ken Liu’s writing and translation, this paper demonstrates why his translation activities are the practice of feminist translation theory in many aspects.
