Optimization of Circular Connector Terminal Structure Based on Response Surface Method %A 吕兴利 %A 刘淑梅 %A 慕江瀚 %J Modeling and Simulation %P 5455-5463 %@ 2324-870X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MOS.2023.126495 %X 连接器作为新能源汽车组成的重要部件,使用量大且可靠性要求极高。为解决圆形连接器因为等效应力过大而造成的失效问题,运用ANSYS软件对圆形连接进行插拔模拟仿真试验,基于以端子最大壁厚、高度和间隙宽度3个因素为自变量,以等效应力为响应目标的响应面优化模型,得到当端子最大壁厚、高度和间隙宽度分别为1.7 mm、8.13 mm和0.52 mm时,等效应力为20,869 Pa,进而添加连接器应用寿命。
As an important component of new energy vehicles, connectors have large usage and high reliability requirements. In order to solve the failure problem of circular connector caused by excessive equivalent stress, ANSYS software is used to carry out the plug and unplug simulation test of circu-lar connector. Based on the response surface optimization model which takes the maximum wall thickness, height and gap width of terminal as independent variables and takes equivalent stress as the response target. When the maximum wall thickness, height and gap width of the terminal are 1.7 mm, 8.13 mm and 0.52 mm respectively, the equivalent stress is 20,869 Pa, and then the con-nector application life is added. %K 结构优化,数值模拟,圆形连接器
