%X 信息时代，随着科学技术的不断进步，公民的生活中充斥着各色各类的信息。公民的个人信息也随着时代和科技的发展不断被透明化，公民的隐私保护问题也接踵而来。传统的隐私权保护主要是对公民的私人生活安宁和私人信息进行保护，但是在信息时代的隐私权保护则更加侧重对公民的网络隐私的保护。信息时代的隐私以网络为主要核心，包含个人信息的广泛收集和利用、信息泄露的风险、个人数据的商业化利用、个人信息的售卖和交换、监控和追踪的普遍存在等方面内容，这也导致信息时代隐私权极易被侵害。基于此，隐私权应得到一个更加顺应时代的完善和发展。<br />
In the information age, with the continuous progress of science and technology, citizens’ lives are filled with all kinds of information. With the development of The Times and science and technology, citizens’ personal information has been continuously transparent, and the problem of citizens’ privacy protection has also come. Traditional privacy protection is mainly to protect citizens’ private life and private information, but in the information age, privacy protection is more focused on the protection of citizens’ online privacy. Privacy in the information age takes the network as the main core, including the extensive collection and use of personal information, the risk of information disclosure, the commercial use of personal data, the sale and exchange of personal information, and the widespread existence of monitoring and tracking, etc., which also leads to the easy infringement of privacy in the information age. Based on this, the right to privacy should be improved and developed more in line with The Times.
