%X 高校工会文体活动作为高校的重点活动之一，对于高校的工会发展具有重要的意义。基层工会组织文体活动不仅能够提高教职工的身体素质、放松身心，还能够增强教职工的集体意识和团队合作精神。但在现阶段基层工会组织推进文体活动的过程中，还存在一些问题和不足，例如，活动形式单一、参与度不高等问题。因此，今后需要进一步加强对基层工会组织开展文体活动的研究和实践，并提出相应的改进对策，探索出一套符合高校实际情况、可复制、可持续的模式，为促进高校教职工全面发展做出更多的贡献。<br />
As one of the key activities of colleges and universities, the cultural and sports activities of trade unions in colleges and universities are of great significance to the development of trade unions in colleges and universities. Grassroots trade unions organize cultural and sports activities that can not only improve the physical fitness and relaxation of teaching staff, but also enhance the collective consciousness and teamwork spirit of teaching staff. However, in the process of promoting cultural and sports activities by grassroots trade unions at this stage, there are still some problems and deficiencies, such as single forms of activities and low participation. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the research and practice of grassroots trade union organizations to carry out cultural and sports activities, and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures, explore a set of replicable and sustainable models that are in line with the actual situation of colleges and universities, and make more contributions to promoting the all-round development of university staff.
