%X 急性胆囊炎(Acute cholecystitis)是一种胆囊的炎症性疾病。对于一般状况较好的缓解，胆囊切除术可作为根治胆囊炎的首选治疗方式，但对于急危重症或高龄患者，PTGD或保胆取石术在不同情况下也可作为缓解症状的方式之一。<br />
Acute cholecystitis is an inflammatory disease of the gallbladder. Cholecystectomy can be the first choice for radical cholecystitis for general conditions with good remission, but for critically ill or el-derly patients, PTGD or gallblade-saving lithotomy can also be one of the ways to relieve symptoms in different circumstances.
