%X 要素教育理论是裴斯泰洛齐教育思想的核心内容,他基于人的能力都是由弱到强逐步累积发展起来的规律,认为要素教育既要求每个人在德、智、体几个方面都能受到基本的教育从而得到和谐的发展,又要求每一个方面都通过“要素方法”全面发展,实现人民大众都能够接受到便利、系统、有效的教育。裴斯泰洛齐的要素教育理论在我国现行的教育体系中依然具有研究价值,高校思政课作为学校教育立德树人的主要渠道,仍需要深入探究要素教育理论对高校思政课培育青年成长成才的借鉴意义。
The theory of elemental education is the core of Pestalozzi’s educational thought. Based on the law that all human abilities develop gradually and cumulatively from the weakest to the strongest, he believes that elemental education requires that each individual be given a basic education and thus develop harmoniously in the areas of morality, intellectuality, and physical fitness, and that each area be developed fully through the “elemental approach”. Pestalozzi’s elemental education requires both that each person receives a basic education in the moral, intellectual and physical aspects and thus develops harmoniously, and that each aspect is developed in a comprehensive way through the “elemental method”, so that all people can receive convenient, systematic and effective education. Pestalozzi’s theory of elemental education still has research value in the current education system of China, and as the main channel of school education for cultivating morality, it is still necessary to explore in depth the significance of the theory of elemental education for cultivating young people’s growth and success in the ideology courses of colleges and universities.
