Application and Management Analysis of Medicine Detection Machine %A 骆锦均 %A 张祥凤 %J Pharmacy Information %P 507-511 %@ 2160-4452 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/PI.2023.126060 %X 目的:以全自动药品核对机(MDM)报警事件为依据,通过实施一系列管理方法,减少MDM的误报警事件的发生,提升MDM的工作效率,减轻药师人工复核的工作强度,保障患者用药安全。方法:回顾性分析2023年4月~6月期间本院中心药房MDM的使用情况,统计真误报警事件的例数与报警率,并对误报警事件的主要类型作进一步的统计分析,拟定相应的改进措施并执行,最后统计用2023年7月~9月MDM报警事件的相关数据检验改进效果。结果:2023年4月~6月期间我院中心药房经MDM检验核对的药袋共254,257包,MDM共生成23,660例报警记录,其中误报警23,245例(占98.25%),真报警415例(占1.75%),误报警率高达9.14%,真报警率为0.16%;误报警主要类型为不匹配62.20%,并行25.55%。结合实际工作情况,针对各类误报警事件实施相应的管理措施后,误报警率降为2.96%,各类型误报警事件的误报警率都明显的减小。结论:我院对MDM的管理措施,对于减少MDM误报警事件的发生有一定的成效。
Objective: Based on the MDM alarm event, implement a series of management methods to reduce the occurrence of MDM false alarm event, to improve the working efficiency of MDM, reduce the work intensity of manual review by pharmacists, and ensure the safety of patients. Methods: Ret-rospectively analyze the usage of MDM in our central pharmacy during April to June 2023, count the number of true false alarm events and alarm rate, make further statistical analysis of the main types of false alarm events, formulate corresponding improvement measures and execution, and test the improvement effect with the relevant data of MDM alarm events from July to September 2023. Results: From April to June 2023, a total of 254,257 bags were checked by MDM, and a total of 23,660 alarm records were generated, including 23,245 false alarms (accounting for 98.25%), 415 true alarms (accounting for 1.75%), the false alarm rate was 9.14%, and the true alarm rate was 0.16%; The main type of false alarm were mismatch 62.20% and parallel 25.55%. After implementing the corresponding management measures for all kinds of false alarm incidents, the false alarm rate was reduced to 2.96%, the false alarm rate of all types of false alarm events was obvi-ously reduced.
