The measurement errors of single beam UV-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer are mostly caused by hardware factors, and optimizing the hardware will increase the cost. In view of the above problems, this paper first analyzes the factors that affect the measurement accuracy of the instrument, and then revises the method of software algorithm to improve the measurement accuracy. Finally, the rationality of the analysis of factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the instrument and the validity of the software correction method are verified by experiments. %K 分光光度计,波长矫正,噪声,图谱台阶
