%X 本研究对宿迁学院18、19、20和21级8个专业874名师范生和教师进行问卷调查和访谈,旨在充分了解新形势下高校师范生教育实践开展的现状,分析新形势下师范生教育实践的困境,并探讨有效提升师范生教育实践质量的对策。通过调查和访谈,我们发现当前师范生教育实践的困境主要表现在三个方面:师范生教育实践思想认知、师范生教育实践知识与技能以及师范生教育实践过程的外部环境。同时,文章提出在新形势下有效提升师范生教育实践质量的对策,通过实施这些对策,可以有效地提高师范生教育实践的能力和水平,推动线上教育实践与线下教育实践进一步发展。这对于培养优秀的未来教师具有重要意义,也是高校师范教育的使命所在。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with 874 teacher students and teach-ers in 8 majors of Suqian University, including 18, 19, 20, and 21 levels. The aim was to fully understand the current situation of educational practice for normal students in universities under the new situation, analyze the difficulties in educational practice for normal students under the new situation, and explore effective strategies to improve the quality of educational practice for normal students. Through investigation and interviews, we have found that the current difficulties in teacher education practice are mainly manifested in three aspects: teacher education practice ide-ology cognition, teacher education practice knowledge and skills, and the external environment of teacher education practice process. At the same time, the article proposes measures to effectively improve the quality of educational practice for normal students in the new situation. By implementing these measures, the ability and level of educational practice for normal students can be effectively improved, and the further development of online and offline educational practice can be promoted. This is of great significance for cultivating excellent future teachers and is also the mission of normal education in universities.
