%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">财政分权促进了我国高等教育事业的发展，在财政分权体制下，我国高等教育的发展呈现出不平衡的特征。本文通过对财政分权体制下我国高等教育发展现状的研究，进一步分析造成我国高等教育发展不均衡的原因，从而提出相应的解决对策。深入研究我国高等教育的不平衡的现状及影响因素，对促进我国高等教育的区域均衡发展、推动教育公平均具有重要的理论和现实意义。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Fiscal decentralization has promoted the development of higher education in China. Under the system of fiscal decentralization, the development of our higher education is characterized by imbalance. This paper analyzes the reasons for the unbalanced development of higher education in China under the fiscal decentralization system, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Studying the current situation and influencing factors of the higher education imbalance deeply has great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the regionally balanced development of higher education and promoting educational equity in China.</span>
