How Do Local Universities Release the “Talent Dividend”

%X 中国经济增速不断放缓,人口结构老龄化逐步加深,“人口红利”的逐渐消退引起了对中国经济可持续发展的担忧。但是我国高等教育进入普及化,有全世界最多的在校大学生,还有许多没有充分利用和挖掘的“人才红利”,而高校便是释放这些“人才红利”最佳的场所。我国高等教育发展新阶段还面临着许多问题,这也对释放“人才红利”产生了许多阻碍和困境。本文通过对前人研究进行综述研究,分析高等教育助推“人才红利”面临的困难,从地方资源、信息技术、创新创业、教师队伍、学生群体五个维度对地方高校如何释放“人才红利”提出了若干建议。
The continuous slowdown in China’s economic growth rate, the deepening aging population struc-ture, and the gradual disappearance of the “population dividend” have raised concerns about the sustainable development of the Chinese economy. However, China’s higher education has entered popularization, with the world’s largest number of college students. There are many underutilized “talent dividends”, and universities are the best place to release these “talent dividends”. In the new stage of higher education development in China, there are still many problems that have created many obstacles and difficulties for releasing the “talent dividend”. This article reviews previous re-search and analyzes the difficulties faced by higher education in promoting the “talent dividend”. It proposes several suggestions on how local universities can release the “talent dividend” from five dimensions: local resources, information technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, teacher team, and student group.
